Stephen Todd - Energy Guy

Stephen founded EnergyGuy.com in 2012 to guide Commercial Real Estate stakeholders to reduce utility cost in existing buildings.
Why? – To channel his passion for “wasting less”.
As a result, he works with Asset and Property Managers to implement proven strategies to significantly reduce utility operating expenses without additional capital investment.

Stephen received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin in his hometown of Madison, an MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas, recognition as a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and a Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) from the Association of Energy Engineers. He is also a USGBC accredited LEED AP and spent four years on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Chapter of the US Green Building Council.
